It’s bout time I wrote something… First, Welcome to the 2017 Race Season. It looks to be exciting on several fronts. Life is always changing, some good, some… not so good. I am no different than most of you out there. There are BIG changes for me in 2017. On May 30th I […]
I was Driving through Hillsburgh today and it brought back Sweet Memories of My Dad taking me to Hockey Practice at the Old Hillsburgh Frozen Water Factory (AKA The Arena) at Stupid O’clock in the Morning. He never openly complained to me about it and NEVER said No. While my Professional Hockey career never panned […]
Happy Mothers Day to the Coolest Mom a CableGuy could have. …And Yeah, My Mom could beat your Mom.
Well today would have seen my Pop turn 72. He’d have liked the Barrie Speedway stuff and I’m sure He would have loved to get a chance in the School Car. He is missed every day but never forgotten. Cleaned up pretty good when He had too, but prefered Damn Ugly pants and a Blue […]

Happy Father’s Day to the Greatest Dad who is no longer with Us… You were always an inspiration and I Miss You Every Day.
I have it on pretty good Authority that Over $15,000 was raised by the Barrie Speedway Drivers for Garry “The Gambler” Reynolds at the Daytona 500 Fund-raiser held on Sunday February 14 in Barrie. Way to Go. …and get well Garry
Pretty Good Daytona 500 Race today. Congratulations to Jamie McMurray of Earnhardt-Ganassi Racing on the win… I would have preferred Carl Edwards, but McMurray earned it. Cool Temperatures, Potholes, Bumper to Bumper Cars, Big Wrecks, Endless Road Repairs… Sorta sounds like Highway 400 between 88 & 89 on most days.
One of the Hi-Lights at the 2010 CME show was a Q&A and Autograph session with NASCAR driver and 2009 Daytona 500 Winner Matt Kenseth. Kenseth switches from Long Time Sponsor, DeWalt and will be driving the #17 Crown Royal Roush/Fenway Ford in 2010.
